Just think of the
cost saving of not having to purchase all the cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment. Also, the inconvenience
of ordering, stocking chemicals and supplies. I also furnish all vacuums, dust and wet mops, mop buckets,
floor buffers, pads, and much more. Please think of the vacuum cleaner repair and upkeep and maintenance
to all equipment and dollar savings of labor cost for this effort.

WE OFFER A *DETAILED
CLEANING SERVICE*.
I cut no corners, I clean them. Cleaning from top to bottom, not only with
a daily/weekly routine of what is needed, but also a monthly, semi-annual, annual cleaning schedule of any and all area needed
with a quarterly review, what I call "Spring Detail Cleaning"....
3. MY COMPANY IS LICENSED, BONDED,
and INSURED.
Therefore, no chance for your company to be held liable, for anything! Have you ever thought

My employees are well trained on the best cleaning methods and proper chemical usage also of the
proper etiquette and not to take short cuts, effective time management, SAFETY,

Employees wear a company shirt. I personally work with and train each
employee myself. I keep a close review of each customer's needs and make
sure my employees are following instructions as required by each customer. A notebook is kept at each location for you
to leave any notes or comments, and is checked daily.
I am very proud of my employees, and I know they are
reliable, trustworthy, and dependable. Confidentiality agreements are signed and personnel are trained
thoroughly on making sure the confidentiality agreement is followed.
5. I OFFER A RANGE OF VARIOUS
SERVICES IN WITH OUR DETAILED CLEANING.
Some of the services are pressure cleaning walks, buildings, etc. I also
offer carpet and upholstery cleaning, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, and water restoration.
So, if it gets dirty, I can clean it!!! Also, I can offer spraying of roundup
around walks, curbs, buildings, when needed (per contract description details). I will also check grass and other areas
for trash, cigarette butts, debris, etc.
6. We HAVE AN EXCELLENT RECORD FOR BEING
DEPENDABLE & RELIABLE.
We have never been absent or missed
a day at any of our
accounts!!! I have a PERFECT RECORD for not being absent or missing
a day where I was scheduled to clean. We are not a FLY BY NIGHT BUSINESS. I have been in business since 1976! I

I believe in communication and also realize
that "effective listening" to you, our customer is a vital part of communications.

STRIP AND RE-FINISH.
I
am able to strip and re-finish or wax any tile floors, terrazzo, and all other types. Maintaining your
floors to a great shine. I also clean the baseboards.
9. I PERSONALLY, ANNUALLY ATTEND SEMINARS.
To
keep up with the many changes that are now available in effective cleaning, I personally attend annual seminars.
I then hold weekly and monthly meetings with my employees to update them. I
use DVDs for training and watch them quarterly and have regular meetings to review and discuss these procedures!
I feel it is essential to keep on top of the most effective methods of cleaning and janitorial procedures.
